An Unforgettable Experience! August 16, 2015 Our experience with Randonnee Nepal Treks was an unforgettable experience. Krishna and his team took care of us from the moment we arrived in Nepal until our departure. Everything was reviewed in a very professional manner and all of our needs were assessed and accommodated. We felt welcomed from the very first meeting and left feeling like family when we left. We were originally going to do a 3 week trek through the Everest region with Krishna and his team. Tragically one day into the trek the earthquake struck. We felt very fortunate to have Krishna with us to navigate though all of the uncertainty and chaos. We changed our route and spent the next couple weeks trekking back down. Krishna’s knowledge of the region and experience gave us confidence as we knew we were in safe hands. Krishna and his team were an absolute joy to spend our time with. His support goes well beyond getting from one point to another. We learn so much out Nepal and the Nepalese people. He is very aware on the condition on the group at all times and makes adjustments as necessary. More then once other trekkers commented how helpful he was as he was always quick to offer support to anyone on need. I doubt you will find a more professional trekking company run by a person more outgoing and sociable then Krishna and Randonnee Nepal Treks.

It was so lucky for us to choose Randonnee Nepal Treks. Not only dyring the trekking, but all way through from the pick up at the airport to the nd of treking in Pokhara, the guide and porter were so helpful and kind. Also the price was very reasonable one which made us possible to save a lot of money comparing to booking to other agents that we originally planned to use. Their English and French are very fluent, we had no problem with communiction. We went trekking from Pokhara to Ghandruk/Gorepani/Poonhill, the treking roads were well maintained and there were many tea houses and easy and very safe to walk. However, sometimes the slope was steep or the there were not enough signs to show which way to go, so we highly recommend to arrange guide and porter. Best regards

Our Dudh Kunda-Pikey Peak- Trek started in October 2013. The 16 days tent trekking tour was organised by Randonnée Nepal Treks. From the beginning on it was very exciting! Thanks to Krishna that we could start our trek on the proposed day. He organized tickets on of the two flights this day. On our trek we were assisted by seven porters and a guide. Unfortunately, the weather didnt put on its best face. We only used the tents four times. Our crew cared very well for us on our *****Star trek all the time. Several tents, pots, teakettles, gas, all imaginable provisions were taken along. The food was rich in variety and delicious, beginning with breakfast after this a three-course lunch menu and ending with a three-course dinner menu. The days we were camping we spend off the beaten tourist tracks in a wonderful scenery (Dudh Kunda) and unspoiled nature. After that it was raining every day. But in most of the cases it was dry before midday. Fort he nights we stayed in lodges. Even there, the meals were prepared for us by our crew. The bad weather brought some good things, we had the chance to get in close contact to the local people. The Solu Region is famous for the hospitality of the people living there. It was very nice to spend some time with them. We learned a lot of the living and traditions in the mountain villages. Along our trek we passed a lot of monasteries. Any of them was very interesting and unique. Especially I liked a small Gompa near Junbesi, where boys between 8 and 18 years live and go to school. In the evening our guide and cook Bhakta often played traditional songs on the flute and so we spend a nice time together with our crew. I can fully recommend this trek, especially if you would like to see the native Nepal, off the beaten tourist tracks. Im planning to do this trek again, because we had to skip the Pikey Peak with its awesome view to some 8000s, because of the bad weather.
